My name is Keith Wigley and I am a competitive trail, fell, and ultra runner. Five years ago, I stood on the start line of my first Parkrun. Since then I have won twelve ultramarathons, placed second at the British Trail Running Championships, ran coast-to-coast across Scotland, completed a Bob Graham Round, finished a 2hr 27m marathon, and so much more.

For me, running is not just a sport or a hobby, but a way of life—a way to challenge yourself, find fulfilment and discover your true potential.

My aim is to empower you to endure as a runner, not only in the realm of training and racing, but throughout your entire journey as a runner.

Through applying training principles that have helped me to succeed, I hope to equip you with the tools not only to improve but to endure as a runner for years to come.

A personal, online coaching program built to fit around you. This includes regular check-ins and continuous support through messaging or email.

Face to Face Sessions

Coaching is a relationship and I would love to meet you in person. These sessions aim to improve your running form and technique whether on the road, trail, or mountains.
